Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service lets you connect your own social media accounts and compose, schedule, and publish content to them. It acts on your behalf only within the permissions you grant when you connect each account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Connected Platforms

To use the Service you connect one or more third-party social media accounts through their official authorization flows. You represent that you own, or are authorized to manage, each account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your connected accounts using the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any connected platform (including the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok Community Guidelines);
• publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
• send spam, engage in inauthentic or automated abuse, or misrepresent the source of content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms and at the times you direct, solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads) through their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or decisions of any third-party platform, including changes to their APIs, rate limits, content moderation, or account suspensions.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on a self-hosted, best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including timely delivery of scheduled posts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or its users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
