Full operations system for a cleaning business: jobs, quotes, invoices, receipts, staff accounts. Designed in Claude Design and shipped with Claude Code — a feature requested at 11:39 was live at 14:05 the same day.

Overview

Replaced a booking flow that failed because it asked customers to change how they booked. The second version succeeded by changing the operator's workflow instead — the adoption lesson, not the technical one. Running daily, adopted from a recorded walkthrough with no training.
